They’re made with love, the passion for good food is what Chef Fat Boy is all about. Chef Fat Boy loves to eat, BBQ’ing, Grilling is my passion and deserts are my second love. I've been collecting recipes since 1978 and have tried countless recipes of which I have my favorites and have expanded upon most recipes to create his my own.
My cookbooks are straight forward, no fluff, jammed packed with recipes for great food! They may not be fancy, but dollar for dollar you’ll get more recipes for the buck and more great tasting food choices. Whether it’s BBQ, Grilling.
